Global Organics Coconut Cream is created from mature aged coconuts and adds a smoothness to curries, soups and desserts. Coconut cream is versatile and can be used in many ways. Traditionally added to give a creamy finish to curries and laksa but more modern uses are nice-cream, chia puddings, a vegan cream substitute or a paleo and keto cooking staple. Coconut cream is fantastic in smoothies and in raw cakes and mousses. Try a chocolate mousse with 2 ripe avocados, 1 can of Global Organic Coconut Cream, 1/4 to 1/2 cup each Global Organic Maple Syrup and raw cocoa powder. Blend until smooth, chill then top with toasted coconut flakes and raspberries.
